
Here's 3 recipes for some of our favourite non-alcoholic cocktails. Also be sure to check our Instagram for full video tutorials on each one. Tag us if you give them a go yourself. Enjoy!
Peach on the Beach
50ml Non-alcoholic spirit (we used Sea Arch Coastal Juniper)
25ml Peach and Rosemary Syrup (recipe below)
Shake in a cocktail shaker with ice
Strain into a glass with ice
Top up with Feel Good Peach & Passion Fruit Sparkling Water
Garnish with fresh peach slices and a sprig of rosemary
Peach and Rosemary Syrup
Heat gently until soft a small amount of fresh chopped peaches and a sprig of rosemary in water with caster sugar and a squeeze of lemon. Remove the rosemary and blitz.
Feel Good on the Coast
50ml Non-alcoholic spirit (we used Sea Arch Coastal Juniper)
30ml Rhubarb and Cardamon Syrup
A dash of Apple Cider Vinegar
Shake in a cocktail shaker with ice
Strain into a glass with ice
Top up with Feel Good Rhubarb & Apple Sparkling Water
Garnish with rhubarb ribbons
Rhubarb and Cardamon Syrup
Chop up some fresh rhubarb, then heat gently in a pan with water caster sugar, a small squeeze of lemon, fresh ginger and a few cardamon pods, allow to steep then when the rhubarb is soft remove cardamon pods and blitz and strain.
Red Sea Spritz
50ml Non-alcoholic spirit (we used Sea Arch Coastal Juniper)
25ml Raspberry Syrup
Shake in a cocktail shaker with ice
Strain into a glass with ice
Top up with Feel Good Raspberry & Hibiscus Sparkling Water
Add some hibiscus syrup over the ice to bleed into the
Garnish with Hibiscus flowers and fresh raspberries
Raspberry puree
Fresh raspberries, castor sugar, squeeze of lemon heated gently in a pan, then blitz together.
