5 Feel Good Festivals This Summer

Festival season is upon us and this year is shaping up to be a BIG one as we finally see the return of many of our favourite music, food and wellness festivals!

Whether you’re looking for a healthy dose of hedonism or a wholesome weekend of sunrise yoga and wellbeing workshops the UK festival scene has got you covered with thousands to choose from. Struggling to pick? Don’t panic, we’ve rounded up our top 5 Feel Good festivals to ensure you never miss a beat this summer.

So, it’s time to pack your wellies, poncho and (biodegradable) glitter, and make up for lost time with these 5 Feel Good festivals…

1 - Spring Classic

Hosted by our friends over at Wavelength, The Spring Classic Festival is a surf, skate, music, nature and ride culture festival in the beautiful Woolacombe Bay, Devon. Be prepared for a weekend of surfing, skating, music, tasty food cooked over open fires, incredible views and festival camping done right.

Spring Classic’s debut runs from 27th June til Mon 30th June with a surf invitational down on Woolacombe Bay Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th June that’ll see some of the UK best surfers battling it out. Alongside world class surfing, stunning views, great tasting food and an eclectic line up of music, Spring Classic’s skate arena will see skate pros battle it out to win cash for tricks over a panoramic ocean backdrop - not one to be missed!

We’ll be there keeping surfers and festival go-ers hydrated with our range of flavoured sparkling waters which will be available on all the bars, including the Mermaid Gin bar where we’ll be serving up an exclusive Mermaid Gin x Feel Good Drinks cocktail all weekend long!

2 - Valley Fest

Valley Fest, also known as the best-tasting music festival in the South West, takes place alongside the glittering Chew Valley Lake with the rolling Mendip hills in the background. Showcasing Bristol’s live music scene as well as fine local food producers, you can expect everything from charcuterie to cider, street food to sit-down feasts – all with plenty of Somerset style and sizzle.

This year the iconic Acardia, known for their 50 ft fire-spitting spider (a Glastonbury highlight for all), will be taking over the second field. Expect funky beats and high frequency electricity as the ‘Lords of Lightning’ put on their jaw dropping show, shooting multi-million-volt bolts from their bodies.

Hosted on Luke Hassells Organic farm just 9 miles outside Bristol and Bath, Valley Fest wholeheartedly supports organic and regenerative farming. As a festival that is passionate about protecting the planet, Valley Fest’s array of talks and workshops will be sure to have you coming away feeling empowered and inspired that a better world is possible.

We’ll be there serving up ice cold Feel Good drinks on the bars all weekend so join us and enjoy a Feel Good moment overlooking the beautiful Chew Valley Lake. P.s don’t forget to capture the moment in our giant deck chair to be in with the chance to win tickets to next year!

3 - The Big Retreat

Labelled the ‘Feel Good' event of the year, the big retreat is a wellbeing and adventure festival hosted in the beautiful countryside of Pembrokeshire. With over 200 carefully curated, experiences, classes, workshops and influential talks you’ll be sure to come away from the big retreat feeling inspired. Our very own Feel Good ambassador, Charlie Young, will be hosting an interactive breath work workshop over in the Darwin Tent on Saturday so be sure to get along to learn all the skills you need to try your hand at free diving!

4 - Glastonbury

There’s a reason why Glastonbury is one of the hardest festivals to get tickets to in the world. As one of the biggest, longest running and most iconic UK music festivals, Glastonbury Festival is a must for any festival bucket list! After 2 years of cancellations, Glastonbury is back with a BANG as this year brings one of the biggest line-ups to date including Sir Paul McCartney, Diana Ross and Kendrick Lamar amongst many other music legends! If you’re lucky enough to get VIP tickets, you’ll find us in the Yurtel teepees - a perfect festival addition to help hydrate for the morning after the night before!

5 - Shambala

Set in the picturesque Northamptonshire countryside, Shambala is a music festival aimed at celebrating sustainable and ethical living. Held between 25-28th August 2022, Shambala will be celebrating its twentieth birthday this year. Being 100% vegetarian since 2016, Shambala has some of the tastiest vegetarian traders from across the UK. Shambala is no park-your-bum-in-front-of-the-main-stage-all-day affair. Everyone is encouraged to get stuck in. Alongside returning institutions such as Power Ballad Yoga and C*ck Drawing Club, attendees can join Disco Dodgeball, Mass Musical Benches and the pant-wettingly-daft ShambOlympic Games (think Human Dressage and Drag Race Relay).

Our favourite part about Shambala is their ambitions to go plastic-free and use 100% renewable energy to help ensure they cause as little impact on the planet as possible!
