Delivery is £3.49 no matter how many cases.
We aim to ship on the same day for orders placed before midday. Please allow 2-3 working days for your Feel Good to arrive at your doorstep.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at hello@feelgooddrinks.com with your order number (see the email order confirmation) and a description of the problem.
None, our drinks contain no added sugar with all the sweetness coming from the natural flavourings and fruit juice.
No, there are no sweeteners in our drinks we only use natural flavourings without any additives, added sugar or sweeteners.

Yes! All our flavours are Gluten-Free, Vegetarian, and Kosher!
No, Feel Good does not contain any caffeine.
We use 100% natural flavourings in our products and which are shown as 'natural flavourings' in line with food labelling regulations.
We have deliberately chosen aluminium cans as they are fully recyclable. Our cans contain a minimum of 75% recycled material using 95% less energy to manufacture. Metal literally recycles for ever.
All our products are available through our online shop (which you are on) as well as Ocado and Amazon. Our high street stockists currently include over 250 Sainsbury stores throughout the UK as well as Spar and Booths in Northern England. We run the majority of promotions using Discount codes which we promote through Social as well as to our newsletter subscribers. If you see or receive a Discount code please check that it applies to the drinks you want to order as discounts usually only apply to specific products for a limited time period. The discount is only shown in the order process. Copy the code and enter it into the Discount code box at checkout and hit the apply button. The Discount code box is on the righthand side when ordering from a laptop and under order summary on mobile.

By creating an account you have the option to subscribe to our newsletter for our latest news and discount offers
You have access to your order history to speed up the process of re-ordering.
If you are ordering one of our 'subscribe and save' products, you will have access to your repeat order to change the order as well skip, pause or cancel your subscription.
Want to cancel your subscription? No worries, you can cancel anytime via your
account.
1. Firstly, log into your account and select upcoming orders.
2. Choose the subscription you wish to cancel and click Cancel to the right of the
screen.
3. Select a cancellation reason, and confirm.
4. This will automatically cancel your subscription and a confirmation email will
be sent to you shortly after.
Off on holiday or have too many drinks? No problem, you can change delivery dates
as often as you like to suit your needs. Here’s how:
1. Firstly, log into your account and select upcoming orders.
2. Choose the subscription you wish to change and click edit on the right.
3. Here you will find the option to change your next order/charge date.
4. Click the calendar to choose the date you would like to receive your next
order.
5. Click save and this will automatically be updated in time for your next delivery.
Need to add a new card or change your billing address? Simply log into your account
and select billing details under subscriptions.
1. Here you can change your email address, card details and billing address.
2. These will then be automatically updated in time for your next delivery.
Try another flavour by adding onto your existing subscription. Here’s how:
1. Log into your account and select upcoming orders.
2. Select + add product in the top right hand side of your subscriptions page or
scroll down to the toss these in section and + add your product from there.
3. Choose between a subscription or one time purchase depending on your
needs.
4. Choose your flavour and quantity.
5. Select your delivery frequency, address and delivery date.
6. Click add product and this will automatically be added to your upcoming
orders.
To manage your subscription, you will need to create an account.
You will be asked to create an account when completing the checkout for your
subscription. You will just need to insert your email and create a password. Please
note this is not mandatory, so you may have now chosen this option when you
originally created your subscription.
If this was the case, please follow the below steps to create your account
1. Go to our My Account page. You can also access this via the menu on
mobile view.
2. Enter the required details (First Name, Last Name, Email, Password)
3. Select the green create account button or Log in.
Once logged in, you may go back to the my account link which takes you to your
personal account area where you can manage every aspect of your subscription.
Getting through your product too fast? Or not quickly enough? Adjust your delivery
frequency at any time so you never run out or end up with too much!
1. Log into your account and select either upcoming orders from your account
homepage.
2. Choose the subscription you wish to change and click edit on the right.
3. Here you’ll see the option to change the delivery frequency.
4. Click the drop down to choose how often you would like to receive your
product e.g every 2 weeks.
5. Click save and this will automatically be updated in time for your next delivery.
