Manage your Subscribe and Save Subscription
If you have an account (this was optional when you first ordered from us), log into your account now and go to Step 2, if not, follow Step 1 first. If you have forgotten your password, go to the account login page and use the password reset link below the login details. Please note: At present you will only be able to pause, cancel or skip a subscription yourself. Any other amends such as payment issues, quantity changes etc, please email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to help.
Step 1 - Create an Account
Setting up an account is quick and easy, simply use the below link. IMPORTANT - please make sure you use the same email address you used to order from us.
Step 2 - Log in to Your Account
To log into your account, use this link: https://feelgooddrinks.com/account
Step 3 - Access Your Subscription(s)
Once you have logged in to your account, you will see the below page. To access your 'Subscriptions', simply click the word Subscriptions above your customer address:
Desktop - Right-hand side
Mobile - Bottom of page
Step 4 - Your Subscriptions
Once you have done the above, you will see all of your subscriptions. To update a specific subscription, click on the subscription number.
Step 5 - Update Your Subscription(s)
Once you have accessed a specific subscription, you will have the options to pause, cancel or skip a subscription. If you require any further assistance such as updating a payment method, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
